Yoga Day was held in the school today. A special assembly relating to Yoga Day was held in the Marian Hall by the Junior office bearers of the school. Mrs. Shubha Kakar and Mr. Stephen Fernandes were incharge of the proceedings wherein Mrs. Shubha Kakar instructed the students of Std. VIII and IX with warm up exercises and different types of yoga asanas. The students were shown a PowerPoint presentation on different types of yoga asanas. Mrs. Mary Mathew Mathew, Mrs. Samiksha Mundhe, Mrs. Leena Pereira, Mrs. Edwina Lemos, Mrs. Riya D’Mello and Mrs. Selzana Fernandes were also present in the hall.
