June 30,2021 – World Environment Day celebration (Lower KG)
The LKG children were made aware of the 3 R’s – Recycle, Reuse and Reduce by putting their creativity to good use to celebrate World Environment Day. They crafted fancy pencil holders out of waste material- old glass jars, plastic glasses or containers. Some stuck coloured bits of papers giving a mosaic finish enhancing by adding bright shimmering stickers. While some wrapped cloth, lace, wool or jute around and adorned them with flowers, beads, buttons and ribbons. They swelled with pride as they created something beautiful and useful.
June 25 – Senior KG World Environment Day
The students of Upper KG celebrated the World Environment Day by reusing newspapers to make gift paper bags. Not only did they have fun making them, but they also learnt about sustainability and recycling everyday household objects. Their first step towards conserving resources and recreating things, making a small but significant difference!

21st June to 25th June 2021 -World Environment Day Std. I – IV
To encourage students towards nurturing the environment, the students of Std. I to IV celebrated ‘World Environment Day’ from 21st June to 25th June 2021. The students eagerly participated in various activities conducted by their class teachers. The activities indeed raised awareness about the importance of nurturing our environment for a better future.
The activities held were as follows –

SECONDARY:
21st June to 25th June- World Environment Day
To Comrade World Environment Day, Environment week was celebrated in secondary school, to create awareness on various environmental issues and to encourage students to preserve and enhance the students to make their surroundings safe and clean.
To mark the day, the school organised various activities for the students of Class V to Class X.
Std. 5 – Origami articles with suitable background (animal/bird).
Std. 6 – 3D Tree, Plants, Fields etc, by using waste Material.
Std. 7 – Underwater Treasure. (Fish, Sea Creatures etc…)
Std. 8 – Slogan Writing with suitable drawing/ picture.
Std. 9 – T-Shirt Painting with Logo/ picture related to the Environment/Cloth bag with caption.
Std. 10 – Creative Pot Decoration with plant.
