From the 25th of September to the 4th of October, special assemblies on the theme “Season of Creation” were conducted by the students.
The ecumenical season of creation is a special time in the liturgical year during which we celebrate the wonder of creation and thank God the creator. The season begins on the 1st of September and concludes on the 4th of October on the feast day of St. Francis of Assisi.
The theme for this year was ‘Let Justice and Peace Flow’. And to share their hopeful vision for creation.
The assembly began with a short video on the need to safeguard our environment and to do our part to protect God’s creation. Followed by a prayer service.
Std V to VIII conducted various class activities on ‘Season of Creation’.
