On 14th October 2024, Fort Convent celebrated Reading Day in honour of Dr. A.P.J. Abdul Kalam, a visionary leader and advocate of education and literacy. The event aimed to inspire students to develop a lifelong love for reading and to honour the legacy of Dr. A.P.J. Abdul Kalam. The Reading Day celebration was a tribute to Dr. Kalam’s vision of a literate and enlightened society and encouraged students to embrace reading as a tool for growth and knowledge.
