On 13th October, the students of Std. IX attended a talk on ‘Personality Development’. The session was held by Fr. Kelvin Santis. At the very beginning of the session father asked the students to define what is Personality? And they came across various definitions of it, introspecting on it the students were informed that a personality is something that defines you as an individual and that it is something which cannot be copied.
Then he proceeded with a video in which the situation after the fire incident of the St Paul Cathedral in London was shown to them showcasing the aspects of positive goals, positivity and motivation. Then father explained to them the importance of communication and highlighted the 7C’s of communication and teamwork.
The students were made aware of the fact that they should not give in to the cruel external beauty standards but at the same time we should be presentable.
The session ended with a motivational thought which has given them the right direction which will help them to lead a successful and happy life.
