The students of the Primary section celebrated Marathi Bhasha Gaurav Din on 27th February 2023 at 9:00 a.m. in the Marian Hall on the theme – रूजवू मराठी, फुलवू मराठी. This day is celebrated to rejoice the birth anniversary of the famous Marathi Poet – V. V. Shirwadkar popularly known as Kusumagraj.
The programme began with a beautiful prayer service. The video highlighting the achievements of Kusumagraj was shown to the students. This was followed by a skit and a dance performed by the students with a lot of excitement and enthusiasm.
To mark this occasion, Marathi Recitation was organized for the students of Std. 1 to 4. The students recited the poems very well. The poems chosen were very unique and different.
We had also organized activities for the students of the Pre-Primary and Primary Sections. The activities held were as follows –
