Marathi Divas was celebrated on 27th February in remembrance of the great poet and author Shri. V. V. Shirvadkar, also known as Kusumagraj. In our school, this day was celebrated on 27th February 2023 on the theme – ‘रूजवू मराठी, फुलवू मराठी’
The programme began with a meaningful prayer service after which the students were very well highlighted the significance of the day by sharing information about the great poet Kusumagraj and the need of speaking the Marathi language and this was portrayed through a skit and dance performances.
The celebration ended with our principal Sr. Angela Raposo who delivered her message and wished all teachers and students on the occasion of Marathi Divas.
