Independence Day was celebrated on the 15th of August, 2025, at CJM Fort. The flag hoisting took place at 8:00 a.m. followed by a Cultural programme organised by the students of Std. VII and X. The theme of the programme was ‘Celebrating Independence Through our Indian Culture’. The Chief Guest for the event was Mrs. Mary Mathew, Ex-Teacher of the Secondary section. The programme commenced with a prayer service, after which the Cultural performances highlighted the various cultural forms in India and their significance and social growth. It emphasised that true independence involves not only patriotism but also the responsibility towards one’s country.
