A meaningful effort to show care for creation and uphold the spirit of service, the students of the Convent of Jesus and Mary, Fort along with their teachers, organized a Beach cleanliness drive at Girgaon Chowpatty. The students enthusiastically participated in the drive by collecting plastic waste, wrappers and other litter from the beach. They also spread awareness among visitors about the importance of keeping our beaches clean and protecting marine life. The teachers guided the students throughout the activity and helped them understand the importance of preserving nature and maintaining a clean environment. The initiative not only contributed to making Girgaon Chowpatty cleaner but also taught the students valuable lessons in service, teamwork, environmental responsibility and care for Mother Earth. It was a meaningful experience that encouraged the students to become responsible citizens and care for this beautiful creation.
