First Friday mass was held on the 5th of December in the Marian Hall. The symbolism of the Eucharistic celebration was we awaiting the coming of Jesus Christ this Advent season and how love conquered and was triumphant. Fr. Calvin from the Holy Name Cathedral was the celebrant for the mass, he began the homily by interacting with the students explaining to them about the Gospel and the true meaning of waiting for the coming of Jesus. Father explained to the children that during the season of Advent we also should help and reach out to the people in need in the little ways possible by us, making this season of Christmas a happy one.
