On October 4th October 2024, Fort Convent held First Friday mass to celebrate the feast of St. Francis of Assisi. The celebrant for the Holy Eucharist was Fr. Neil Santos from the Archbishop’s House. In his homily, father spoke about St. Francis’s profound respect for all living beings and his commitment to living in harmony with the earth. During the homily, the father also spoke about St. Francis’s humility and simplicity. The entire month of 1st September to 4th October was dedicated for ‘Care for Creation’ by the church.
