The First Friday mass was held on the 4th of October 2023 on the occasion of the feast of St. Francis of Assisi. The celebrant was Fr. Neil Santos, a priest from the Bombay Archdiocese. The liturgy spoke about the teachings of St. Francis, the founder of the Franciscan. His love for Nature and animals and the entire month of September 3rd to October 4th being wholly dedicated to ‘Care for Creation’ by the church. Father pirouetted the homily by telling us about St. Francis’s love for nature and what we need to prioritise more in our lives.
