On 14th October 2024, Fort Convent celebrated the festival of Diwali with great joy and enthusiasm. The programme began with a special assembly where students highlighted the significance of Diwali, the festival of lights, through speeches, skits, and cultural performances. The performances beautifully depicted the triumph of light over darkness and good over evil, resonating with the spirit of the festival the programme concluded with the distribution of sweets, filling the air with festive cheer. The event was followed by a series of Diwali-themed activities. These activities not only allowed the students to showcase their creativity but also promoted the idea of celebrating an eco-friendly Diwali.
