Christmas celebrations were celebrated with great joy on Saturday, 22nd December 2022. The students of Std. VIII along with their class teachers prepared the program on the theme – JESUS IS THE LIGHT, JOY, AND HOPE OF THE WORLD
The program began with a meaningful prayer service by giving the significance of the symbols. A video on the birth of Jesus along with the Carols was well presented by the students. A skit was enacted highlighting that Christmas is not all about decorations, gifts, and celebration but the true meaning of Christmas lies in sharing giving and being compassionate towards the less fortunate which was well incorporated with dances.
Sr. Angela then addressed the students giving the message that we should go forth in the world by reaching out to the less fortunate and through our deeds, we should make this festive season.
After the program teachers arranged various activities in class. The students were given snacks.
