On the 14th of November, CJM Fort celebrated Children’s Day. Children’s day is celebrated on 14 November every year on the birthday of the first prime minister of India Jawaharlal Nehru, who was known to have been fond of children. He was a strong advocate for children’s education and rights. The theme for the program was:” Hope: Shines in little hands”. The program began with a prayer service showering the Lord’s blessings over our children and asking the Lord to guide and protect them. Followed by a short entertainment program performed by the teachers and PTA. The students went with happy memories. Children were given a token and sweets as they went home.
