Ash Wednesday marks the start of the holy season of Lent, a time for reflection and repentance in preparation for the celebration of Easter. On the 14th of February, the Catholic students and teachers attended the Eucharistic celebration at the Holy Name Cathedral. Father through his homily reminded and explained to us the true purpose of the Lenten season and the reason we apply ash on our foreheads.
