‘Leadership is not an expertise; Leadership is a constant Education.’
A Session on ‘Leadership” was organized for the present and outgoing Prefects on 14th June 2023 by Fr. Gerard Rodricks SJ – A Priest from Andheri.
The students were divided into groups and were allotted different activities. Father introduced to them the term ‘Servant Leadership’ and spoke to them on the various hierarchies that they have the misconception that a leader is at the top but instead a true leader is at the bottom, supporting and uplifting their fellow mates. It was fruitful and enriching. The session concluded with a vote of thanks by the Head Girl.
