We all love Christmas and to make this Christmas season a memorable one, the Students of Std. 2 along with their Class Teachers had prepared a special assembly for the Pre-Primary and Primary students on the theme ‘Christmas – The Joy of Giving’. The students were all excited for the celebration. They were happy to attend the online celebration in coloured clothes. The celebration began with a meaningful prayer service. This was followed by the Christmas Carols sung by the students which brought the feeling of joy and happiness. The students then enacted the Nativity i.e. the story of the birth of Jesus. The meaning of Christmas symbols like bells, stars, wreaths, candles etc. were explained by the students. The assembly ended with a wonderful reindeer dance performed by the students. Sr. Angela visited all the classes and greeted the students with Christmas and New Year wishes.

The season of joy was celebrated with the Eucharistic Mass for the entire Staff at 11.30 a.m. by Fr. Neil on the theme ‘Christmas isn’t Christmas till it happens in your Heart.’ This was followed by a get-together session of the Sisters and the Staff wishing each other a Happy Christmas and a Happy New Year! Finally with a box of yummy lunch we bid a goodbye to 2021 and look forward to a happy and safe 2022!
