The first week of Advent was observed on the 2nd of December at CJM, Fort. The symbolism of the week was Hope. The candle of Hope represents a way to prepare our hearts for the coming of Jesus. It is also called “The Prophets Candle.” The Candle of Hope reminds us that God’s promises in the Old Testament are true.
